We are currently seeking a friendly, organized, and motivated Patient Care Coordinator to join our team in Mission Viejo. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in aesthetics, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and loves creating positive client experiences.

About the Role

As a Patient Care Coordinator, you will be one of the first faces patients see when visiting our practice. This role combines front desk coordination, patient communication, and assisting the provider/team throughout the day to help maintain smooth office flow and exceptional patient care.

This is a part-time position with opportunity for growth within the company.

Schedule

• 2–3 days per week
• One Saturday per month required

Responsibilities include:

Front Desk & Patient Experience

• Welcome patients warmly and professionally
• Check patients in/out and maintain front office flow
• Help create a calm, clean, and positive environment
• Assist with patient comfort and overall experience

Scheduling & Communication

• Answer phones, texts, and patient inquiries professionally
• Schedule appointments and confirm upcoming visits
• Educate patients on basic pre/post-care instructions and office policies
• Multitask efficiently during busy periods

Clinical & Team Support

• Assist the nurse/provider throughout the day as needed
• Help maintain treatment rooms and office organization
• Support daily operations and teamwork across the practice

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a medspa, plastic surgery, dermatology, aesthetics, or medical office preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Organized, dependable, and able to multitask
• Positive, team-oriented attitude
• Comfortable learning booking systems and digital communication platforms

✨ Bonus Qualifications:
Licensed Esthetician experience or certification is a plus, but not required.
