Job Title: Patient Care Coordinator – International / Treatment Abroad Patients
Location: New Delhi, India (preferably)
Contract Duration: 3 months
About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive Patient Care Coordinator to manage and assist international patients seeking medical treatment abroad. The role requires excellent communication skills, cultural sensitivity, and the ability to coordinate complex medical and travel arrangements to ensure a seamless patient experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for patients seeking treatment abroad.
- Assist patients with appointments, treatment plans, and documentation.
- Coordinate with hospitals, doctors, and healthcare providers internationally.
- Provide guidance on travel, visa, and accommodation arrangements for patients and their families.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality.
- Address patient queries promptly and professionally.
- Liaise with insurance companies and financial departments as needed.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in patient coordination, medical tourism, or healthcare administration is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including cross-cultural sensitivity.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously.
- Knowledge of international healthcare systems, medical visas, and travel logistics is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office and other administrative tools.
Contract Duration: 3 months (with potential extension based on performance).
