Patient Care Coordinator (Medical Background)

We are looking for a Patient Care Coordinators with a medical background (DPT / healthcare-related education) to support coordination with our US-based therapists and patient scheduling operations.

Job Details

Location: Onsite – Near Thokar, Lahore

Shift: 6.30pm-3.30am (Mon-Sat)

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate patient care services & schedules
• Communicate with patients, caregivers & clinical staff
• Assist with onboarding & documentation
• Maintain records in EMR systems
• Follow up on visits, referrals & authorizations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 0-1 years of Experience, Freshers with health-care degrees can apply
• Strong English communication skills
