We are looking for a
Patient Care Coordinator (PCC)
to join our York office. This role is the first point of contact for our patients and plays a key role in creating a positive, welcoming experience while supporting the success of the office.
This position is ideal for someone with
office experience, strong customer service skills, and a background in sales or inside sales
.
What You'll Do

Greet patients and create a warm, professional first impression

Answer phones and schedule appointments

Confirm upcoming appointments and manage the schedule

Support patient flow throughout the day

Assist with patient follow-up and communication

Help maintain office organization and daily operations

Support the provider in delivering an excellent patient experience
What We're Looking For

Previous office or administrative experience preferred

Strong customer service and communication skills

Experience in sales, inside sales, or customer-facing roles is a plus

Comfortable handling phones, scheduling, and multitasking
