About the Role

We’re looking for driven, competitive, and people-focused professionals ready to start their career in hearing health care with a clear path into high-earning sales. This hybrid role begins as a Patient Care Coordinator (PCC) The welcoming face of our practice and transitions into a Provider/Top Sales Performer role as you grow.

Step 1: Patient Care Coordinator (Foundation Role)

You’ll begin by mastering office operations, patient scheduling, and customer service. In this stage you will:

  • Own the schedule – Build/Create a full schedule! Keep appointments running smoothly so patients receive the care they need.
  • Deliver first impressions – Greet every patient warmly, in-person and on the phone. The Patient IS the priority.
  • Support office success – Manage data entry, payment processing, supply ordering, and HIPAA-compliant recordkeeping.
  • Learn the business – Gain exposure to sales and practice growth while supporting consultants.

Step 2: Transition to Top Sales Performer (Growth Role)

As you demonstrate performance and leadership, you’ll transition into a high-impact sales role where you will:

  • Lead a hearing care practice – Manage patients, treatment plans, and technology upgrades.
  • Drive growth – Acquire new patients and retain existing ones through consultative sales.
  • Achieve and earn – Uncapped commissions with potential earnings of $65,000–$150,000+ annually.
  • Expand your impact – Advancement opportunities increase if you are open to relocation.

What We’re Looking For

  • Competitive spirit – Background in athletics or other performance-driven activities is a plus.
  • Sales mindset – Prior sales or customer service experience preferred, but not required.
  • Coachability & growth drive – Hungry to learn, improve, and achieve measurable results.
  • People-focused personality – Empathetic, energetic, and professional with strong communication skills.
  • Education – Associate’s Degree preferred, not required unless relocation interest to Washington State)
