How you'll make an impact in this role:
- Uphold patient dignity by providing essential support with personal care and daily activities, ensuring a respectful and comfortable environment for healing.

Support physical rehabilitation by assisting with safe patient mobility and positioning to enhance recovery and prevent clinical complications.

Act as a vital link in the care team by observing and communicating changes in patient status, allowing for rapid and effective clinical responses.

Enhance unit efficiency by organizing patient spaces and preparing essential medical supplies to ensure the clinical team can focus on care delivery.

Promote high-quality care outcomes by accurately recording patient observations to provide a clear and reliable history of the recovery journey.
What minimum qualifications you'll need:
Licensure / Certification / Registration:

BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Nurse Aide preferred.
Education:

High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
