How you'll make an impact in this role:
- Champion patient comfort by assisting with daily living activities and personal care, ensuring every individual feels dignified and supported during their stay.

Facilitate safe mobility and positioning for patients, playing a critical role in their physical recovery and the prevention of complications.

Act as a vital link for the clinical team by observing and reporting changes in a patient’s physical or emotional state, ensuring timely interventions and safety.

Document the patient care journey with precision to maintain high-quality medical records that the entire multidisciplinary team relies on for excellence.

Maintain a healing environment by ensuring patient rooms and medical equipment are orderly, sanitized, and ready for immediate use.
What minimum qualifications you'll need:
Licensure / Certification / Registration:

BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Education:

High School Diploma or GED OR an active CNA Certification required.
