Patient Care Technician

Dr. Clifford A. Roffis and Associates is seeking a dynamic Patient Care Technician, where you will play a vital role in delivering compassionate, high-quality patient care. In this energetic environment. You will assist the doctor with performing a range of diagnostic tests, managing patient records, maintaining equipment, providing patient education, and making referrals to other specialists. This is the perfect position for someone interested in expanding their healthcare knowledge.

Duties

• Assist doctors with patient testing utilizing special tools and equipment (training provided)
• Gather patient medical, ocular, and medication history, enter in electronic records
• Assist patients with contact lenses insertion and removal
• Make referrals to specialists offices
• Triage phone calls
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient information
• Other related duties as assigned
