We want to hear from you! is seeking full-time/ part-time Caregivers/ Med Techs for Home & Heart Assisted Living in Burley Idaho at 1703 Almo Ave. You can drop a application by during the day m-f 8-5 ask for Linda . A Med Tech Is needed for night shifts. No experience required – will train for Caregiver positions.

We are a small Care facility that is passionate about seniors and our employees. We are one of the topped ranked facility's in the state. We have 9 Bed so you are alone taking care of the Residents we have a great staff with great coworkers. you will grow to love the Residents since you will get to know them well.

The caregiver is responsible for assisting residents with activities of daily living in a positive environment. Med Techs are responsible for caregiver duties, plus medication administration.

Duties and Responsibilities

Conduct rounds to check on resident needs.

Assist in bathing, dressing, and toiletry needs of residents.

Light housekeeping of resident rooms and clean-up of spills.

Assist getting residents to dining room for meals.

Cook and Serve meals to residents in dining room and/or their private rooms. Or prep them for the next shift(Depends on the shift)

Follow nursing service policies and procedures.

Maintain a positive attitude when talking with residents and co-workers.

Regular attendance is required.

Must have desire to be team player.

Medication Administration(all employee have to have or get there MedTech

Follow all OSHA, Fire, Health Department and safety requirements.

Skills/Qualifications

18 years of age. or 17 with a CNA

You will be required to get your med pass before working alone( will will show you where to go)

A background check is required by the state before being allowed to work( will will help you with that as well if you do not have one.

Experience with the elderly preferred.

Must complete orientation and training before attending residents, and must complete continuing education hours annually.

Effectively communicate in English with residents and other employees.

Demonstrate high standards of ethics and personal accountability.

Basic computer skills required.

Lift up to 50 lbs.
