Job Description
Patient Coordinator at Vinsfertility plays a vital role in supporting individuals and couples on their journey to parenthood through advanced fertility treatments such as IVF, ICSI, IUI, surrogacy, egg donation, and guaranteed programs. As the main point of contact, you will provide compassionate, personalized guidance, coordinate care across our network of expert fertility centers in India (including Delhi), and ensure a smooth, stress-free experience for patients seeking trusted, high-success-rate solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary liaison for patients, handling initial inquiries, consultations, and ongoing communication via phone, email, WhatsApp, and in-person interactions.
• Schedule appointments, diagnostic tests, treatment cycles (IVF, surrogacy, etc.), follow-ups, and procedures while coordinating with doctors, embryologists, and partner clinics.
• Guide patients through treatment processes, explaining procedures, timelines, preparation steps, costs (including EMI options), and success expectations in a clear, empathetic manner.
• Assist with documentation, including medical history collection, insurance verification (where applicable), pre-treatment requirements, and legal paperwork for surrogacy or donor programs.
• Educate and counsel patients/families on fertility options, emotional support needs, post-treatment care, and available resources to build trust and confidence.
• Manage patient records in our systems, track progress, send reminders, and follow up to monitor adherence and satisfaction.
• Coordinate international and domestic patient travel/logistics, visa assistance (if needed), and accommodation for outstation or medical tourism cases.
• Handle sensitive concerns, resolve queries/complaints promptly, and ensure strict compliance with confidentiality, ethical standards, and Indian fertility regulations.
• Collaborate with the medical and administrative teams to optimize patient flow, support high success rates, and contribute to Vinsfertility's mission of helping 10,000+ families achieve parenthood.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree (preferably in healthcare, life sciences, counseling, or related field); experience in fertility/IVF clinics is highly preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in patient coordination, customer service, or healthcare administration.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with high empathy and cultural sensitivity (especially for diverse/international patients).
• Strong organizational abilities, multitasking, and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM/EMR systems, and digital communication tools.
• Knowledge of fertility treatments, medical terminology, and patient privacy regulations is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Hindi; additional languages are advantageous.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
