- Front Office Management
- Greet and assist patients/visitors in a polite and professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls, inquiries, and appointment scheduling.
- Maintain the reception area in a neat and welcoming condition.
- Patient Coordination
- Guide patients for registration, consultation, diagnostics, and admission processes.
- Assist patients in filling forms, understanding hospital procedures, and billing queries.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other departments for patient requirements.
- Ensure proper follow-up and feedback collection from patients.
- Administrative Duties
- Maintain patient records, appointment schedules, and reports.
- Handle billing support and coordinate with accounts for payment clarifications.
- Monitor waiting times and update patients regarding delays.
- Customer Service
- Handle patient complaints and escalate issues to management when required.
- Provide information about hospital facilities, services, and policies.
- Ensure high-quality service and patient satisfaction.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline (preferably in Hospital Administration / Healthcare).
- Minimum 4 years of experience in front office / patient care services.
- Good communication skills (English, local language, Hindi preferred).
- Computer proficiency (MS Office, Hospital Management Software).
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
