Inbound Lead Handling (Warm Calls

Speed-to-Lead: Immediately contact leads generated via Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads and WhatsApp within 15–30 minutes

Consultative Selling: Explain treatments (Laser Hair Removal, HydraFacial, Dental Implants) confidently. Move the client from "Just asking price" to "Booking a consultation.

Objection Handling: Professionally address concerns about pricing, downtime, or pain by emphasizing Luxe’s quality, hygiene, and doctor expertise.

Outbound & Cold Calling (The "Hunter" Role

Database Reactivation: Call past inquiries who didn't book and dormant clients to inform them of new monthly offers (e.g., "Eid Glow Deals" or "Teeth Whitening Promos")

Follow-Up Management: Maintain a rigorous follow-up cycle (Call ➜ WhatsApp Voice Note ➜ Call) to ensure no opportunity is lost.

Admin & CR

Maintain accurate records of every call in our Google Sheets/CRM

Coordinate with the front desk to ensure doctor schedules are filled efficiently

Send booking confirmations and location pins via WhatsApp Business.

Requirement

Experience: Minimum 1–2 years in Telesales, Customer Support, or Front Desk management (Medical/Aesthetic background is a huge plus)

Communication: Fluent in English and Urdu. You must possess a polished, "Islamabad" accent and a calm, professional tone suitable for a luxury clinic.

Sales Resilience: You must be comfortable hearing "No" and persistent enough to turn it into a "Maybe next month." You do not have 'phone fear.'

Tech Savvy: Comfortable using WhatsApp Business for sales and basic Excel/Google Sheets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
