Patient Coordinator

We are currently seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Patient Coordinator to join our healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist patients in a professional manner
• Schedule and coordinate appointments
• Handle patient inquiries and follow-ups
• Maintain accurate patient records
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other departments to ensure smooth patient care

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Patient Coordinator, Medical Receptionist, or similar healthcare role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and healthcare management systems
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage
