We’re Hiring: Female Medical Receptionist (Arabic Speaking)

Join our friendly and dynamic team supporting our Dental & Dermatology departments! We are looking for a professional, well-organized, and personable receptionist who can thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a receptionist (medical field preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Computer literate with knowledge of EMR and scheduling systems
• Available for immediate joining

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome patients and assist with check-in and registration
• Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments efficiently
• Handle phone calls, emails, and patient follow-ups
• Verify insurance, process payments, and support billing activities
• Maintain accurate patient records and perform general administrative duties
• Support marketing activities and promote clinic services/packages.
