Receptionist _Healthcare

We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Receptionist with healthcare experience to join our medical center. The ideal candidate should have experience in patient handling, UAE insurance processing, registration, and front desk operations while ensuring excellent patient service and smooth clinic coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist patients professionally at the reception/front desk
  • Handle patient registration and maintain accurate records
  • Verify and process UAE medical insurance eligibility and approvals
  • Coordinate with insurance companies regarding coverage and claims
  • Manage appointments, scheduling, and patient follow-ups
  • Handle billing, invoicing, and payment collection as per clinic procedures
  • Answer phone calls, WhatsApp, and patient inquiries professionally
  • Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and internal departments for smooth patient flow
  • Maintain confidentiality of patient information and records
  • Ensure proper filing and documentation as per healthcare standards

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Healthcare Receptionist / Medical Receptionist in UAE
  • Knowledge of UAE insurance billing, approvals, and registration procedures
  • Familiarity with EMR/medical systems and appointment scheduling
  • Strong communication and patient-handling skills
  • Good computer and administrative skills
  • Arabic speaking is an advantage
  • Immediate joiners preferred
