We're Hiring: German, Arabic, and French Speaking Patient Coordinator in the Health Tourism Sector

Location: Istanbul, Turkiye

Type: Full-time | Office & Hybrid Options Available

Medireve is a leading health tourism company based in Istanbul, specializing in hair transplants, dental treatments, and plastic surgery. We proudly serve international clients, particularly from the USA, Canada, Australia, and Europe, providing high-quality medical services in collaboration with experienced professionals.

We are currently looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative who is fluent in English, German, Arabic, or French — proficiency in any one of these languages at a native level is sufficient. The ideal candidate will engage with international leads, manage the patient journey, and convert inquiries into satisfied customers.

✅ Key Responsibilities:

Communicate effectively with potential clients across different time zones

Provide detailed consultations and follow-up with leads via phone, email, and social media

Convert warm leads into sales with a high focus on customer satisfaction

Guide patients through the entire treatment process, especially in hair transplant procedures

Maintain regular contact with patients before, during, and after their procedures

Collaborate with the medical and marketing teams to optimize the patient experience

Requirements:

Fluent in English, German, Arabic, or French (native or near-native level)

Ability to communicate in Turkish is a significant plus +, especially when coordinating with local medical teams and operations staff

Experience with Meta Business Suite and managing leads from social media platforms

Quick to respond to leads coming from platforms like Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, etc.

Preferably has experience in the health tourism industry

Solid understanding of hair transplant treatment processes is a strong plus

Strong background in customer relations and sales

Team player with excellent communication and persuasion skills

Willing to work flexible hours according to the time zones of the target markets (especially North America & Europe)

Able to adapt to both in-office and hybrid work environments
