We are looking for an experienced Patient Coordinator / Call Center Agent to join our growing medical center. The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years of experience in a dental clinic and be confident in handling patient communication, appointment scheduling, and treatment coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
  • Coordinate patient appointments and follow-up reminders
  • Assist patients with inquiries about dental treatments and pricing
  • Manage daily schedules for dentists and ensure smooth clinic flow
  • Maintain accurate patient records
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure patient satisfaction
  • Work closely with the clinical and administrative team

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a dental clinic (mandatory)
  • Strong knowledge of common dental treatments (e.g., implants, braces, RCT, whitening, etc.)
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
  • Experience with patient coordination, call handling, and clinic systems
  • Positive attitude, teamwork, and ability to multitask
