Patient Coordinator (Female-Arabic Speaking)

FertiClinic Fertilization Centre in Abu Dhabi is seeking a female Patient Coordinator who speaks Arabic fluently.

Requirements:

• Female candidate
• Fluent in Arabic (verbal and written)
• Minimum 2 years of prior experience in a healthcare facility in Abu Dhabi.
• Available to join immediately

Responsibilities:

1. Patient Communication and Liaison

• Serve as the primary contact for all patient communications
• Provide patients with detailed information regarding services, treatment plans, appointments, and payment options.
• Communicate clearly with empathy, confidentiality, and professionalism at all times

2. Appointment and Schedule Coordination

• Manage daily and weekly appointment of the patient.
• Ensure real-time updates of cancellations, reschedules, or emergencies in the scheduling system.
• Liaise with the reception, nursing, and medical records teams to maintain synchronized operations.

3. Treatment Workflow Management

• Oversee the patient journey from registration to post-procedure follow-up.
• Ensure that all necessary investigations, consent forms, and financial clearances are completed before each treatment stage.
• Prepare daily patient lists for doctors.

4. Documentation and Record keeping

• Ensure all consents and medical forms are correctly filled, signed, and uploaded to the EMR.
• Maintain digital and paper records as per DOH and JCI confidentiality standards.
• Verify ID and patient details prior to any treatment or specimen handling.

5. Communication with Multidisciplinary Teams

• Coordinate between physicians, embryologists, nurses, and administrative staff to ensure timely handovers.

6. Data Protection and Compliance

• Adhere strictly to DOH, JCI, and internal FertiClinic confidentiality and consent standards.
