Patient Counselor

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle patient inquiries through phone and online consultations with empathy and confidentiality.
• Counsel patients on male sexual health issues and suggest treatments/products as advised by the doctor.
• Take online orders for Ayurvedic medicines/treatments and ensure accurate billing & record keeping.
• Achieve monthly conversion and sales targets by guiding patients to begin/continue treatment.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with patients for repeat orders, treatment adherence, and progress updates.
• Coordinate with pharmacy and dispatch teams to ensure timely delivery of medicines.
• Keep detailed records of patients, calls, and orders in the system.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any stream; preference for candidates with experience in sales, telecalling, healthcare, or pharmacy.
• Must have prior experience in sales and handling medicines/healthcare products.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills (Hindi mandatory, basic English preferred).
• Presentable, empathetic, and professional in dealing with sensitive cases.
• Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and build trust.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
