Patient Counselor

The Patient Counsellor is responsible for guiding patients through their treatment journey — from consultation to conversion. The role involves educating patients about procedures, building trust, and ensuring a smooth and satisfying experience at the clinic.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle patient inquiries and explain available treatments, packages, and offers.
• Counsel patients on treatment benefits, expected outcomes, and post-care guidelines.
• Assist in converting consultations into confirmed bookings.
• Coordinate between patients and doctors for smooth communication.
• Maintain detailed records of patient visits, follow-ups, and treatment progress.
• Follow up with leads and ensure timely conversions through calls or messages.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure patient satisfaction.
• Support front office and administrative functions as needed.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Graduate in any field (background in healthcare, cosmetology, or hospitality preferred).
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in patient counselling, clinic coordination, or healthcare sales.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand and explain medical/cosmetic procedures clearly.
• Goal-oriented with good follow-up and closing skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM or lead management tools.
