Patient Counselor - Freshers - Certification & Job

Job Summary

Dr Agarwals Eye Hospital is hiring fresh graduates for the role of Patient Counsellor. Selected candidates will undergo a 2-month Counsellor Academy certification program with a starting monthly stipend of ₹10,000. Upon successful completion, candidates will receive a 100% job offer within our hospital network.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel patients based on doctor’s reports and treatment advice
• Explain procedures, investigations, and tariffs clearly
• Coordinate with doctors and centre heads for surgery scheduling
• Prepare surgery lists and maintain procedure checklists
• Handle patient follow-ups and tele-calling
• Maintain daily counselling and conversion reports
• Coordinate with TPA / Insurance teams for pre-authorizations
• Verify documents related to credit billing before surgery

Eligibility

• Graduation (Arts or Science – any specialization)
• Minimum 70% in Class X & XII
• Freshers preferred (healthcare / sales exposure is a plus)
