Patient Counselor - Graduate Freshers

Job Summary
Dr. Agarwal’s Eye Hospital is hiring fresh graduates for the role of Patient Counsellor. Selected candidates will undergo a 2-month Counsellor Academy Certification Program with a starting monthly stipend of ₹10,000. Upon successful completion of the training, candidates will receive a 100% job offer within our hospital network with a monthly salary starting from ₹18,500.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel patients based on doctors’ reports and treatment advice
• Explain procedures, investigations, and tariffs clearly to patients
• Coordinate with doctors and centre heads for surgery scheduling
• Prepare surgery lists and maintain procedure checklists
• Handle patient follow-ups and tele-calling
• Maintain daily counselling and conversion reports
• Coordinate with TPA/Insurance teams for pre-authorizations
• Verify documents related to credit billing prior to surgery

Eligibility

• Graduation (Arts or Science – any specialization)
• Minimum 70% in Class X and XII
• Freshers preferred (healthcare or sales exposure is an added advantage)
