Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Patient & Documentation Verification Officer to verify patient information and ensure all required documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant before processing orders or services.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact patients to verify personal and order-related information
• Confirm patient full name, date of birth (DOB), phone number, and shipping address
• Verify physician details and supporting medical documentation
• Review and confirm insurance information and eligibility
• Ensure all required forms, prescriptions, and documents are complete and signed
• Identify missing or incorrect documentation and coordinate corrections
• Maintain accurate patient records and update internal systems/CRM
• Follow company policies and compliance standards, including HIPAA requirements
• Coordinate with internal teams such as billing, credentialing, and customer support
• Maintain confidentiality of patient and medical information
• Follow up with patients, doctors’ offices, or insurance representatives when additional documentation is required

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Intermediate to good communication skills (verbal and written)
• Strong attention to detail and documentation review skills
• Basic computer and data entry knowledge
• Ability to handle patient calls professionally and politely
• Knowledge of healthcare, DME, medical billing, or verification processes is preferred
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in patient verification, medical billing, DME, customer support, or healthcare operations preferred
• Familiarity with insurance verification and medical documentation is a plus

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per hour
