Roles and Responsibilities:

Organizational Accountabilities:

  • Ensure work is performed based on approved policies, processes, procedures, and instructions
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes and practices taking into account leading practices, cost reduction and productivity improvement
  • Ensure day-to-day activities are properly performed in line with policies and procedures
  • Follow-up on escalated cases/issues of subordinates to ensure they are closed efficiently and in a timely manner

Functional Accountabilities:

  • Assist in implementing patient engagement programs and initiatives
  • Communicate with patients and families to provide information and support
  • Collect and analyze patient feedback to identify improvement opportunities
  • Coordinate patient education sessions and awareness campaigns
  • Support digital engagement platforms and tools for patient communication
  • Work with clinical and administrative teams to promote patient-centered care
  • Assist in organizing patient events, workshops, and focus groups
  • Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and engagement activities
  • Help prepare reports on engagement metrics and program effectiveness
  • Ensure compliance with hospital policies and healthcare regulations related to patient rights
Requirements

Knowledge and Experience:

  • 1–3 years of experience in patient engagement, healthcare quality, or customer service roles
  • Understanding of patient-centered care principles and healthcare regulations in Saudi Arabia

Education and Certifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Business, or related field
