We are seeking a Patient Experience Lead with a strong sales mindset to convert patient inquiries into confirmed bookings while delivering an exceptional, high-touch clinic experience. This role is key to maximizing lead conversion, driving revenue, and building long-term patient relationships from first contact through post-treatment follow-up.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively handle all incoming leads via calls, WhatsApp, Social Media and email with a consultative sales approach.
- Qualify leads, identify patient needs, and recommend suitable treatments to drive conversions.
- Convert inquiries into consultations and treatment bookings through confident and persuasive communication.
- Follow up consistently with leads to close sales and increase treatment uptake.
- Collaborate closely with doctors and medical staff to align on treatment plans and pricing discussions.
- Track lead performance, conversion rates, and patient feedback to optimize sales strategies.
- Train and motivate front-line staff to meet conversion and revenue targets while maintaining service excellence.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, patient coordination, client conversion, or call center operations.
- Strong call center background with experience handling high-volume inbound/outbound leads is highly preferred.
- Previous experience in an aesthetic or medical clinic is a strong advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to close leads and consistently meet booking or revenue targets.
- Excellent negotiation, objection-handling, and upselling skills.
- Confident, persuasive communicator with a patient-first sales mindset.
- Highly organized, proactive, and performance-driven.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a strong advantage.
