About the Role:

Naeem Hospital is seeking a confident, compassionate, and professional Patient Facilitation Officer (PFO) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for patients and attendants, ensuring a smooth, supportive, and positive patient experience throughout their hospital journey.

The role requires excellent communication skills, empathy, and the ability to coordinate effectively with medical and administrative staff while maintaining high standards of patient care and service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome patients and visitors professionally and guide them to relevant departments or services
• Assist patients and attendants with registration processes, appointments, admissions, and hospital procedures
• Provide accurate information regarding hospital services, departments, and policies
• Ensure patients are treated respectfully and supported throughout their visit
• Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, and departments to facilitate smooth patient flow
• Address patient concerns and escalate complaints or issues to relevant departments when necessary
• Support patient satisfaction initiatives and maintain a positive hospital environment
• Handle patient inquiries in person and over the phone with professionalism
• Assist in managing waiting areas and ensuring organized patient movement within the hospital
• Maintain confidentiality and follow hospital protocols regarding patient information

Qualification & Education:

Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s preferred

Preferred Educational Backgrounds:

• BS Public Health / MPH
• MHA (Master of Healthcare Administration) / BHA (Bachelor of Healthcare Administration)
• BS/MS Psychology
• BS/MS Social Work
• BBA/MBA (Healthcare Management or related field)

Experience:

• 1–2 years of experience in hospitals, healthcare facilities, patient services, customer care, or related environments preferred
• Fresh candidates with relevant educational backgrounds and excellent communication skills may also be considered

Required Skills:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (Urdu & basic English)
• Professional appearance and confident personality
• Empathetic attitude with excellent patient handling abilities
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced healthcare environment
• Good coordination and problem-solving skills
• Basic computer knowledge and hospital software familiarity preferred
• Well-mannered, organized, and service-oriented approach
