PATIENT FINANCIAL SERVICES ADVISOR.
The Patient financial Services Advisor provides supervised assistance as needed to patients regarding financial responsibilities, and insurance coverage. This includes validating patient coverage and eligibility, explaining charges, payment expectations and patient copayment , and front line cash and tax invoicing , cash collection, and processing refunds, guide patient s through available payment options and installment plans to ensure patient satisfaction and efficient financial services.
- Verify insurance coverage and eligibility to ensure accurate billing and clear communication of financial responsibilities and address coverage discrepancies and work with insurance companies to resolve issues as needed

Assist patients with financial responsibilities charges payment expectations and copayments and coordinate payment plans or offer information on financial assistance options and address basic financial inquiries Escalate complex issues to senior staff when necessary

Handle frontline cash transactions including invoicing cash collection and refunds Ensure accurate processing of payments manage cash drawers or registers maintain transaction records reconcile cash receipts and report daily to the relevant reconciliation team or staff
Bachelor degree in finance or related healthcare/finance field or Diploma with 6 8 years of experience in healthcare financial services
Minimum 3 years' experience in Healthcare Financial Services
English:Advanced ; Arabic:Fully Proficient
