Patient Help Desk Officer (ISB Branch) – MaxRemind

MaxRemind is hiring a Patient Help Desk Officer for its ISB Branch. This role is suited for individuals who are confident in communication, comfortable working in a healthcare support environment, and capable of handling patient-related queries efficiently and professionally.

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming patient calls in a professional and courteous manner
• Respond to queries related to billing, payments, and insurance
• Accurately document all patient interactions in the system
• Maintain patient confidentiality and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations
• Provide basic guidance and support to patients as needed

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (mandatory)
• Strong communication skills
• Basic knowledge of medical billing
• Customer service experience preferred
• Willingness to work night shifts
