Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Patient Intake Supervisor to lead our high-volume patient intake team in a fast-paced reproductive medicine clinic. The ideal candidate has a strong background in fertility, reproductive health, or OB/GYN, with proven leadership skills and hands-on experience in patient registration, financial coordination, and clinical workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily intake operations for 50–60 patients, including registration, insurance verification, financial counseling, and patient education.
- Lead, train, and schedule a team of 3–5 intake specialists to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
- Coordinate with clinical, laboratory, and administrative teams to ensure smooth patient transitions from first contact through treatment planning.
- Use eIVF (or similar fertility EMR) to manage patient records, scheduling, and financial tracking.
- Provide patient education on fertility treatments, medications, and care plans.
- Resolve patient concerns and escalations to improve satisfaction and patient experience.
- Support revenue cycle operations through financial counseling and insurance processes.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in patient intake, medical office coordination, or clinical support in fertility, reproductive medicine, or OB/GYN.
- Supervisory or team lead experience preferred.
- Proficiency with eIVF system strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of insurance verification, financial coordination, and patient counseling.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Phlebotomy or back-office clinical experience is a plus.
Pay: From $75,000.00 per year
