The Patient Journey Partner (PJP) plays a pivotal role in bridging the gap between clinical advocacy and commercial strategy, while enhancing the patient care. By fostering strong relationships with clinicians, this role accelerates the adoption of high-medical-value diagnostic solutions, directly contributing to improved patient outcome. The role is an advocate for our innovative solutions, driving commercial success while rigorously adhering to industry compliance standards. The PJP is part of Roche Diagnostics Middle East network and is expected to travel 40% of the time.
Your Responsibilities
Define the high disease burden in the country and set a strategic plan around those areas to improve patient care
Develop and maintain robust relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), clinicians, and medical societies
Create and manage a comprehensive KOL database, including a well-defined stakeholder engagement plan
Advocate for the clinical and medical value of Roche’s Diagnostics solutions
Contribute to the patient journey mapping and analysis, while developing integrated plans to address gaps and opportunities in patient care
Facilitate educational initiatives and information sessions on the medical value and clinical application of Roche’s diagnostic solutions
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support market introduction, reimbursement, and commercialization of products, aligning with the product lifecycle and disease area strategy
Collaborate on cross-functional projects and share insights into driving clinical adoption
Demonstrate deep product knowledge and present the product narrative to customers, highlighting the medical and clinical value of our assays
Ensure compliance with all regulations, company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and patient-centric principles in all activities
Who You Are
You hold a BSc degree in Medical Sciences, Pharmacy, or related. Post-graduate degree or an MBA is preferred
You built 2-3 years of relevant work experience in Sales/Marketing/Medical roles with deep knowledge of the local medical environment, healthcare systems, and key disease areas
You demonstrate exceptional presentation and communication skills, with a proven ability to
engage a wide range of stakeholders.
You have advanced strategic insights and are able to balance clinical advocacy with commercial strategy while always prioritizing patient care
You have excellent relationship-building skills, with a track record of establishing and nurturing professional connections with clinicians, KOLs, and other relevant stakeholders
You have an agile mindset, are resilient, and are able to quickly adapt to changing priorities and new challenges in a dynamic environment
You are a collaborative team player who can work effectively in a matrix organization, managing priorities tasks with minimal supervision, and results-oriented, with a proven ability to
achieve goals on time
You are fluent in Arabic and English
