Patient Monitoring Sales Assistant Intern

The Intern role provides hands‑on exposure to the medical device industry by assisting with sales operations, customer research, product demonstrations, and field activities. The intern will work closely with sales leadership and cross‑functional partners to gain a deep understanding of patient monitoring solutions, competitive positioning, and real‑world clinical applications. This internship is designed to develop foundational skills in professional communication, territory management, and strategic selling while contributing meaningfully to team goals and customer success.

This is a remote internship w/ two weeks of technical training in Snoqualmie, WA and shadowing the regional manager in the Denver area.
Responsibilities:
  • Support sales leadership with territory planning, account research, and customer profiling to identify new business opportunities.
  • Assist in preparing and delivering product demonstrations for patient monitoring solutions in both clinical and non‑clinical settings.
  • Participate in field ride‑along with sales representatives to observe customer interactions, product evaluations, and selling strategies.
  • Help maintain CRM data accuracy by entering customer interactions, updating account details, and tracking sales activities with the ASE.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—clinical, marketing, operations, and service—to support customer needs and internal projects.
  • Assist with sales operations tasks including sample management, quote preparation, and organizing sales collateral.
  • Support the planning and execution of local trade shows, workshops, and customer education events.
  • Participate in weekly sales team meetings, providing updates on assigned tasks and sharing insights from field activities and research.
  • Contribute to customer success initiatives by helping ensure timely follow‑up, coordinating resources, and supporting post‑sales activities.

Qualifications:
  • Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, Finance, or other applicable focus areas.
  • Motivated and driven with a high degree of professionalism.
  • Strong analytical, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Growth mindset with a drive for continuous improvement.
  • Ability to quickly learn new tools, adapt to changing priorities, and thrive in a dynamic business environment.
  • Comfortable seeking clarification, asking thoughtful questions, and engaging with team members to deepen understanding.
  • Position may require the physical agility of lifting up to 15 pounds
  • Position may require frequent and/or infrequent of bending, squatting, pushing, pulling, stretching/reaching, use of hands or fingers, talking, hearing, use of computer.
  • Position requires the physical ability to stand/work for up to 8 hours.
  • Ability to travel for training in Snoqualmie, Washington for 2 weeks.

The pay range above represents annual base salary only. Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as your job level, geographic location, date of hire, experience, job-related knowledge and skills, and education in conjunction with market and business considerations.

Base salary is one component of your total rewards package.
