- Patient Handling & Front Desk Management
- Greet and assist patients/visitors courteously.
- Guide patients through registration, consultation, admission, and discharge processes.
- Handle appointment scheduling, cancellations, and rescheduling.
- Ensure smooth patient flow between departments.
- Communication & Coordination
- Act as a liaison between patients and doctors/nurses/administrative staff.
- Provide clear information on hospital services, procedures, and billing.
- Attend and resolve patient queries, complaints, and concerns in a timely manner.
- Documentation & Records
- Maintain accurate patient records in the hospital information system (HIS).
- Ensure proper documentation of admissions, billing, insurance, and discharge.
- Handle confidential patient information with discretion.
- Billing & Financial Support
- Support patients with billing queries and payment processing.
- Coordinate with the accounts/insurance team for approvals and claims.
- Patient Care & Satisfaction
- Conduct regular patient rounds to ensure comfort and satisfaction.
- Collect feedback and escalate issues for improvement.
- Ensure high standards of hospitality and service excellence.
Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred: Healthcare Administration, Hospitality, or related field).
- Prior experience in hospital front office / customer service role preferred.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and hospital procedures will be an advantage.
Skills & Competencies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Computer proficiency (MS Office, Hospital Information Systems).

Work Environment
- Based at hospital front desk / reception.
- Rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays, as per hospital requirements.
