Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Patient Communication: Explain treatment procedures, clarify doubts, and address patient concerns with empathy.
  • Patient Support & Guidance: Assist patients in understanding hospital or clinic policies, appointment scheduling, and follow-up care.
  • Assisting Healthcare Providers: Support doctors and specialists in handling patients during consultations and treatments.
  • Patient Satisfaction & Conflict Resolution: Handle complaints, provide solutions, and ensure a positive patient experience.
  • Coordination & Documentation: Maintain patient records, communicate between departments, and ensure seamless operations.
  • Behavior & Professionalism: Maintain a friendly, respectful, and professional approach when interacting with patients and their families.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
