Patient Relation Officer

Chikmagalur, India

The Patient Relations Officer acts as a liaison between patients, their families, and the healthcare team. They ensure patients receive quality care, address concerns, provide guidance about hospital services, and enhance the overall patient experience.

  • Serve as the first point of contact for patient inquiries, concerns, and complaints.
  • Facilitate communication between patients, families, doctors, nurses, and other hospital staff.
  • Assist patients with admission, discharge, billing, and other administrative processes.
  • Educate patients about hospital services, policies, and rights.
  • Handle patient grievances promptly and escalate unresolved issues to management.
  • Conduct patient satisfaction surveys and report findings to improve services.
  • Maintain accurate records of patient feedback and prepare monthly reports.
  • Support patients and families with emotional guidance and counseling when required.
  • Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth patient care and hospitality.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: Any Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience: Minimum 1 Year

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
