We are looking for a Patient Relations Executive (PRE) to join our team. The PRE will serve as the primary communication link between patients and Healthcare. The ideal candidate should be well-spoken, organized, and able to handle fast-paced operations with a customer-first mindset.

Duties:

  • Schedule and coordinate home healthcare visits for nurses, physiotherapists, and doctors.
  • Manage incoming calls, WhatsApp messages, and patient inquiries professionally.
  • Maintain daily schedules and ensure timely communication with medical staff.
  • Coordinate service requests, follow up on patient needs, and resolve issues promptly.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction through proactive communication and service quality.
  • Maintain accurate records of appointments, reports, and patient interactions.
  • Assist in basic administrative and patient service tasks when needed.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in healthcare customer service or patient relations preferred.
  • Strong communication skills in English; other languages is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage time effectively.
  • Professional, empathetic, and service-oriented personality.
