Patient Relationship Executive (Russian Speaker)

We are seeking a Patient Relationship Executive (PRE) who is fluent in Russian to join a patient-focused healthcare environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering an exceptional patient experience by managing patient interactions, coordinating appointments, and building strong, long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for patients
• Manage patient inquiries professionally and efficiently
• Coordinate appointments, follow-ups, and patient communication
• Build trust and maintain strong patient relationships
• Ensure a high standard of customer service at all times

Requirements

• Fluency in Russian (spoken)
• Prior experience as a Patient Relationship Executive or in a similar role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent patient-handling and customer service abilities
• Professional appearance with a positive attitude
• Ability to manage multiple patient interactions effectively
• Fluency in English is an advantage
