Patient Services Representative

A UDP Patient Services Representative is responsible for providing excellent patient service while handling inbound and outbound phone calls. This position serves patients by determining requirements, resolving problems, fulfilling requests and maintaining our database.

Schedule and location:

This is full time role Monday-Friday 9am-6pm.

Hybrid schedule 4-5 days a week work from home. 1 day per month in office.

Job Responsibilities:
· Schedules dental appointments for General, Orthodontic, Pediatric and Oral Surgery

· Answers general patient queries

· Manages inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner

· Informs patients by explaining procedures, answering questions and confirming pricing

· Keeps records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way

· Answers questions related to patient insurance and determines eligibility

· Confirms patient appointments via outbound calls.

  • Performs other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
Previous experience in a Call Center or Customer Support role is preferred
Ability to provide outstanding Customer Service
Strong verbal communication skills along with the ability to actively listen
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Acts professionally and with integrity

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.60 - $17.60 per hour
