Patient Support Assistant(Telesales)

Experience: 1-5 years in healthcare (Freshers welcome)

Languages: English, Hindi , Malayalam, Kannad Assamese

Responsibilities:

• Conduct tele-counselling and provide IVF treatment information to patients.
• Schedule appointments with doctors.
• Address queries and ensure a positive patient experience.

Working Days and Shift hours – 6 days/week, 8.30 Hrs Shift in between 8am – 8 pm

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
