Telesales Executive

  • Outbound Calling: Making a high volume of calls to potential customers using provided leads.
  • Lead Generation & Qualification: Identifying and qualifying potential customers through various sales techniques, including cold calling.
  • Product Knowledge: Developing a thorough understanding of the products or services being sold to effectively address customer inquiries.
  • Needs Assessment: Identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate products or services.
  • Sales Presentations: Presenting products and services in a clear, concise, and persuasive manner.
  • Objection Handling: Addressing customer concerns and objections effectively.
  • Relationship Building: Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Order Processing: Accurately processing customer orders and ensuring timely delivery.
  • CRM Management: Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity within the company's CRM system.
  • Sales Targets: Meeting and exceeding monthly and individual sales targets.
  • Feedback & Reporting: Providing feedback to sales management on customer needs, market trends, and sales performance.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
