- Lead Generation & Qualification: Identifying and qualifying potential customers through various sales techniques, including cold calling.
- Product Knowledge: Developing a thorough understanding of the products or services being sold to effectively address customer inquiries.
- Needs Assessment: Identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate products or services.
- Sales Presentations: Presenting products and services in a clear, concise, and persuasive manner.
- Objection Handling: Addressing customer concerns and objections effectively.

- Sales Targets: Meeting and exceeding monthly and individual sales targets.
