Job Title: Patient Support Representatives – Pharm D

Tekboox is urgently hiring Patient Support Representatives – Pharm D for the US Healthcare Market. This role is ideal for candidates with a pharmacy background and strong English communication skills who are comfortable working night shifts.

Preferred Education

• Pharm D (Doctor of Pharmacy) – Fresh and experienced candidates are encouraged to apply

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats from US-based patients
• Assist patients with appointment scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups
• Verify patient demographics and insurance information accurately
• Guide patients regarding treatment processes, billing inquiries, and coverage details
• Coordinate with healthcare providers, billing teams, and internal departments
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM/EHR systems
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and US healthcare regulations
• Deliver empathetic, professional, and solution-oriented patient support

Required Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in patient services, front desk, or healthcare administration (Fresh candidates with Pharm D can also apply)
• Hands-on experience with patient scheduling, insurance verification, and prior authorizations
• Familiarity with referral processes and healthcare workflows
• Strong communication and customer service skills

Job Location & Timing

• Location: DHA Phase 3, Y Block, Lahore
• Shift: Night Shift Onsite (6:00 PM – 3:00 AM)
• Work Mode: Onsite (5 days a week)
