Location: Lahore & Rawalpindi (100% Onsite)

Shift Options (5 working days with 2 days off):
Shifts are fixed and non-rotational; any shift may be assigned by the client.

• 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM
• 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM
• 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM
• 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Days Off:

There are 2 weekly offs. Sunday is fixed, while the second off may be Saturday, Thursday, or Friday, as determined by the client.

Job description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Patient Support Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting patients via phone calls, emails, and chat to facilitate their appointment scheduling and rescheduling needs.

Responsibilities:

• Assist patients in scheduling, rescheduling, and canceling appointments over the phone, via email, and through chat services.
• Provide excellent customer service to patients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
• Maintain patient records and appointment schedules in the Electronic Medical Records (EMR) or Electronic Health Records (EHR) system.
• Verify patient insurance information and eligibility, as needed.
• Educate patients on appointment procedures, required documentation, and any pre-appointment instructions.
• Ensure compliance with patient confidentiality and data protection regulations.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in US-based customer support, patient support, or a related role.
• Proficiency in using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems.
• Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with patients and healthcare professionals.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

COMPENSATION:

We have a fixed salary on Patient Support Specialist role which is 130K.Additionally, there is a $50-$100 incentive on top of the offered compensation, which is subject to the following conditions:

-Successful completion of the 2-month probation period
-Maintenance of KPIs, which will be communicated by the client

Pay: Rs125,000.00 - Rs130,000.00 per month
