Job Description
The Patient Support Specialist will be responsible for calculating, communicating, and documenting medical costs and copayments prior to appointments.
NOTE: Any CV with no related experince will be rejected immediately.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work as a bridge between providers, patients and insurances.
- Outbound calls to patients
- Calculate procedure cost
- Explain patients their financial responsibility in each case
- Calculate and explain deductible, copay and others costs not covered by the insurance
Requirements:
- Experience related to Verification, prior authorization, medical billing and/ or customer service is a MUST
- Detailed Oriented
- Strong understanding of medical billing
- Advanced math understanding
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Financial diploma is a plus

NIGHT SHIFT: 6 pm - 3 am
