Patient Engagement & Sales Specialist / Tele pharmacist

Valeo Health is looking for a strong communicator to join our growing team in the UAE.
This role is ideal for someone with a pharmacy, life sciences, healthcare, or biomedical background who is confident speaking with clients, following up consistently, and managing patient communication with professionalism and care.

What you'll do

• Call and chat with leads and existing clients to guide them through the consultation and purchase journey
• Follow up after consultations to support next steps, payments, and delivery coordination
• Conduct ongoing check-ins to improve treatment adherence and client continuity
• Answer first-line questions on product use, storage, and general support
• Maintain accurate CRM notes, follow-up schedules, and call outcomes
• Coordinate with our doctors and internal teams when escalation is needed
• Support conversion in a way that is ethical, patient-first, and clinically grounded

Who we're looking for

• Background in pharmacy, life sciences, healthcare, or a related field
• Confident and articulate across phone and chat-based client communication
• Comfortable building trust with patients and handling sensitive conversations professionally
• Organised, proactive, and consistent with follow-through
• Experience in tele-sales, patient coordination, wellness, or pharmacy is a strong advantage
• Arabic-speaking is a plus

• Compensation: Base salary + performance-linked incentive
