At Northwest Clinic Day Surgery, we are looking for a Bilingual Patient Conversion Specialist to be the critical first point of contact for our future patients. This isn't your average customer service role—this is a high-impact, conversion-focused position where your primary goal is to turn incoming marketing leads (via WhatsApp, social media, phone, and web chat) into confirmed clinic appointments.

What You Will Do:

• Drive Conversions: Actively respond to and qualify incoming leads from digital campaigns within 5 minutes, guiding them from inquiry to booked consultation.
• Nurture Leads: Maintain a persistent, structured follow-up process for undecided patients, missed appointments, and cold leads.
• Deliver Exceptional Experience: Provide accurate, persuasive, and empathetic information regarding treatments (aesthetics, dermatology, women’s health, etc.) to ensure patients feel confident booking with our doctors.
• Manage CRM & Scheduling: Keep immaculate records of patient interactions, track conversion rates, and coordinate seamlessly with the reception team to maximize our appointment show-up rate (Target: 80%+).

What You Bring to the Table:

• Language Skills: Complete fluency in both English and Arabic (spoken and written) is mandatory.
• Experience: 2–3 years in a healthcare call center, medical, aesthetic, or dental clinic environment with a proven track record of converting patient inquiries into bookings.
• Tech-Savvy: Strong experience using CRM systems, WhatsApp Business, and handling omnichannel communications.
• The Right Mindset: A persistent, sales-driven attitude with excellent professional phone etiquette and the ability to handle high-volume follow-ups daily.
• Bonus Points: Familiarity with Dubai healthcare patient expectations and knowledge of aesthetic treatments (Botox, fillers, laser, skin rejuvenation).
• Dubai Healthcare experience is a MUST.
