Citadel Security USA is filling a Multi-Shift Patient Watch assignment supporting healthcare facilities in the Grand Junction area. The position involves remaining with designated M1 patients inside hospital settings and helping maintain a controlled and secure environment until transport occurs.

This role requires availability during overnight hours and the ability to respond within the listed coverage area. Officers who are interested may also be considered for statewide patient transport assignments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Remaining with designated patients to provide continuous security overwatch
• Maintaining a steady and professional presence within hospital units
• Monitoring patient behavior and reporting concerns as required
• Communicating directly with hospital staff and company supervisors
• Completing detailed activity and incident documentation
• Assisting with secure patient transports across Colorado if assigned and interested

Required Qualifications:

• A reliable personal vehicle
• Ability to respond within the Rifle to Montrose coverage area
• Strong observation and communication ability
• Professional conduct suited for clinical environments
• Ability to stay alert during overnight shifts
• Dependable attendance and flexibility for Multi-Shift scheduling

Preferred Qualification:

• Prior healthcare security or patient watch background
• Training or experience in de-escalation or conflict management
• Interest in supporting secure patient transports
