Job Description:
Global Connect Synergy is hiring a responsible and physically fit Patroller to monitor and supervise field operations on the North Nazimabad route and nearby areas. The patroller will ensure discipline, service quality, and smooth operational flow of assigned field staff and sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular patrolling on the assigned North Nazimabad route and nearby
• Monitor field staff performance and attendance
• Ensure company SOPs are being followed at all assigned locations
• Report daily activities, issues, and incidents to management
• Coordinate with operations and control room when required
• Assist in resolving on-ground operational issues

Requirements:

• Mandatory previous experience in a similar industry ISP (security, patrolling, field operations, or site monitoring)
• Must have a bike
• Physically fit, responsible, and punctual
• Good communication and reporting skills

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: PKR 35,000
• Fuel & Phone Allowance: PKR 7,000 + 1300
• After satisfactory completion of probation, salary will be revised to PKR 40,000

Working Hours:
10 hours (Morning/Night Shift)
