Job Description:
We are looking for a qualified and experienced Patwari to join our Land & Documentation Department at Grand City. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of land records, revenue documentation, and property verification procedures. The role requires attention to detail, honesty, and accuracy in maintaining and updating land-related data.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update land records, khasra, khatooni, and registry documents.
- Assist in land verification, demarcation, and site measurement activities.
- Prepare and manage mutation, sale deeds, and transfer-related documentation.
- Coordinate with local revenue offices and government departments for record verification.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure accuracy in all land-related transactions.
- Support management in land acquisition, documentation, and dispute resolution.
- Provide accurate reporting and record keeping for internal audits.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Patwari (preferably in a housing society, real estate, or development project).
- Must have sound knowledge of revenue record systems and computerized land records (if applicable).
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Must be trustworthy, detail-oriented, and organized.
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office, record-keeping software).
