Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update land records, ownership documents, and revenue maps (Jamabandi, Khasra, Girdawari, etc.).
- Conduct field surveys, demarcations, and site inspections in coordination with local Patwaris, Kanungos, and Tehsil offices.
- Coordinate with Revenue Department, Town & Country Planning, and local authorities for NOCs, mutations, and approvals.
- Assist in land acquisition documentation, verification of title, and due diligence.
- Liaise with government officials, Panchayats, and landowners to resolve field-level issues and maintain cordial relations.
- Prepare and maintain records, reports, and correspondence related to land and regulatory matters.
- Support legal and compliance teams with required land data, maps, and ownership clarifications.
- Ensure timely submission of applications and follow-ups with departments for clearances.
- Monitor revenue entries and updates in Jamabandi and mutation registers.
- Provide administrative support for liaison activities at District, Tehsil, and Village levels.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Graduate in Arts, Commerce, or equivalent (Preference to candidates with knowledge of land revenue systems).
- 2–8 years of experience in land / revenue / liaison work within Haryana.
- Good understanding of Haryana Revenue Records, land mutation, and demarcation processes.
- Familiar with government portals, such as Jamabandi.nic.in, HAREC Portal, etc.
- Strong communication and coordination skills (in Hindi and basic English).
- Willingness to travel extensively within Haryana.
- Proficiency in using MS Office (Word, Excel) and maintaining record databases.
- Candidates with prior experience as Patwari, Lekhpal, or Kanungo will be preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
