About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Pavement Engineer to join our Roads Operations & Maintenance team in Qatar. The successful candidate will play a key role in pavement maintenance, rehabilitation, inspections, and condition assessment activities for major road infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, and monitor pavement maintenance and rehabilitation works.
• Conduct pavement condition surveys, inspections, and technical assessments.
• Analyze pavement performance and identify maintenance requirements.
• Prepare technical reports, recommendations, and maintenance strategies.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, consultants, and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with ASGHAL standards, specifications, and HSE requirements.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of works.
• Support asset management and pavement performance improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 5–6 years of experience in pavement engineering.
• Mandatory experience working on ASGHAL roads projects in Qatar.
• Strong knowledge of pavement maintenance, rehabilitation, and asset management.
• Experience in road condition assessments and pavement inspection techniques.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and reporting skills.
• Locally available candidates in Qatar are preferred.
