We are seeking a qualified and motivated Estimation Engineer to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing cost estimates, reviewing tender documents, and supporting the commercial and technical evaluation of projects related to waterproofing, concrete repair, protection systems, and specialized construction works.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze project specifications, drawings, BOQs, and tender documents.
• Prepare accurate cost estimates, quotations, and commercial proposals.
• Perform quantity take-offs from drawings and project documentation.
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain technical and commercial quotations.
• Evaluate project requirements, materials, labor, and equipment costs.
• Assist in tender submissions and bid preparation.
• Support project teams with cost-related and technical clarifications.
• Maintain and update estimation databases and cost records.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in estimation, tendering, or quantity surveying.
• Strong understanding of construction specifications, BOQs, and contract documentation.
• Experience in waterproofing, concrete repair, protective coatings, or specialized construction works is highly preferred.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, and other estimation-related software.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and project specifications.
• Knowledge of Quantity Surveying (QS) principles and measurement standards.
• Strong analytical, commercial, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tenders simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in waterproofing systems, roofing works, below-grade waterproofing, concrete protection, and rehabilitation projects.
• Familiarity with international construction standards and specifications.
• Previous experience in the Gulf region is an advantage.

Pay: From QAR7,000.00 per month
